Homage to my Grandfather....a special Seiko.
My grandfather was a huge Novak Djokovic fan, he passed away suddenly this May (a very tough turn of events for a man and his family, he was in his 80s and had the health, stamina, strength and endurance of a man half his age) and a lot of events happened to the family since then. In a way to honor, love and remember him and the love he showed us. Miss you grandpa with lots of love, you always showed us what a shining example of a proper gentleman is, hoping to one day be like you....
I decided to get my uncle and I Novak’s new Seiko Astron SBXB174, they finally arrived today and I’d like to share some quick shots with the forum before even setting the proper time.
Lots of highlights that incorporate Tennis (Love, 15, 30 and 40 the points in tennis are on the dial), aspects of Novak, such as the star next to 8, showing him as one of 8 Tennis greats that were able to accomplish a career Grand Slam.

What a special piece to you and your loved ones. We get caught up in the latest and greatest often, but the truly loved pieces are those that occupy a special place in our lives.
