Grand Seiko Diver SLGA015

I'm not much of a dive watch guy, so I didn't have a diver on a bracelet that could serve as a daily watch. When the 9RA5 Spring Drive movement was announced (in the 600 m diver), I became interested. The air diver is better for me, since it's more of a daily watch with the added dive features of lume and rotating bezel. It's a fun watch and I'm enjoying it. No watch is perfect and on the GS, it's the clasp which could use updating, but isn't a deal-breaker for me.

Love the sbdb009

That was a quick post to share a picture. The black stream dial (which I failed to capture) is amazing. It has a matte finish with a deep texture. It reads as black when head on, but the texture really shows up at angles. The hands and indicies are beauti...

I think GS dials and cases are subtle and you often find more details the longer you own the watch

That's been my experience, since I did an inventory some years ago taking similar photos of watches that appeared nearly identical (but weren't). It's here GAGGLE OF GSeS Photos of the side of a few cases: ...

Agree 100%. To date, my favorite case/bezel profile in my collection is the SBGV017.
