Welcome and thank you for posting a photo of your Seiko Atlas
It was nicknamed "Atlas" by Seiko collectors when first introduced about 15 years ago. The second crown on the left rotates the internal compass bezel so you can find your way around in the wilderness, or something like that. Cheers, Cazalea
