Seikos in the price range you are proposing are very liquid

You buy it, try it, live with a couple months, try an extra strap or two -- then if you are not in love, you sell it.

You can break even, make a few or lose a few bucks. It's not a big deal like it would be for some other watches.

If you can't risk $50 or at most $100 then buy a used one (good idea anyway).

if that's the one you really want. Don't spend your money just to have a new watch if you're not 100% sure you want to keep it. Save your money for the watch you really want and don't compromise. You'll end up saving money in the long run with this strate...
