The longest constant period of use... it’s not a special piece in terms of high quality without technical details that make a watch nerd go “ooh and aah’ however, it does what’s its designed to do very well.
One of the original tool watches, the Seiko SKX009 on the black rubber strap, is totally at home in and around water.
Today, home for a couple of hours after a wonderful holiday celebrating one of my longest and dearest friend’s recent wedding, I walked off the hours spent in aluminum tube on my home beach.
Here are a few images... also quite fun to see are the fossilized oyster beds.

And I am not a fan of the GS bracelets either. But a cheap jubilee on a SKX is surprisingly comfortable. And looks quite nice. It is partly what drew me to trying out the SKX.. I also wanted to see if a jubilee will sit well with me as I'm more an oyster ...
