And I find the 7002 to be just at the upper limit for me. Even if it looks a bit big, it’s still great fun to wear. ...

Most definitely matter. Couldn’t agree more there. Two watches with the same overall thickness, lug to lug distance, diameter, lug width, etc could still wear differently. Love the side-by-side shot at the end. Great illustrator of the differences.
