Tudor BB 58 925 - silver seems to tarnish in the typical way

Sep 23, 2021,11:54 AM

A picture I took yesterday. This watch has been sitting at the dealer for at least 3 months. In a window with direct sun, humidity and warmth of the canarian islands.

Seems to me as it does not fulfill the announcements of Tudor....

Noticed the same thing at a local AD. Humidity sometimes hits 80%.

Thanks sharing this, I recently went and tried this watch and liked it so much with its great colour and size, that I put myself on the list for this (waiting lists for Tudor maybe being a side topic 🤔). However, given I discussed the patina aspect but wa...

For how long do you have it?

Do you wear it often ?

 By: Quan : September 25th, 2021-07:02
As my experience with silver, some people suitable with it, the more he/she wear it the tarnish will disappear, for this 925 I yet to try it out

Of course it is going to tarnish

Good points, Boris.

I like this development of patina very much!

Tudor should just give the correct informations to us customers and say it as it is: to confess that they cannot predict the development of the case themselves and that it MIGHT get patina. That’s what I am missing. Honesty respectively the correct assess...
