He owes me a refund as well for the past 3 months. Isn't he supposed to be a dealer of some sort with numerous refs? Anyone could shed any light on why such a thing would happen?

you get the money back quickly from paypal or credit card company and they chase him thus affecting his credit rating. just a pointer for the future. best Graham
