Great white / Rose substitute when you just don’t feel like opening a bottle of wine…great with tonic or seltzer…we drink it on the boat in the summer…

Quinine in Vesper
How do you add the quinine? To me a Vesper tastes great without but the original recipe had quinine. Powder?
