Well, in fifty years, maybe they will become collectible. Since then if you want something collectible as a Submariner, go for some early Sub, from Tudor or Rolex.

Forget about collecting. If you are getting older like me...and your eyesight is getting worse than just buy the one with the 2x magnification.
