Green is great! Kermit vs Hulk
I agree with you- green is a great colour. It's also the DNA colour of Rolex and the colour of $$ by the way. I have a green suit too and always get great comments from Irish customers and friends!!! I looked at the Hulk too-I think the anniversary Kermit is a Submariner with a green touch to it- + it has the narrow lugs that were discontinued on Subs after that (if I'm not mistaken) + it's the first maxi dial ever and the first model with T-lugs. The Hulk has the fat lugs and to many's taste just too much green to it; for some it looses the Sub looks with all that green-but that's very individual.
Here's a Kermit which is a later edition than Mark 1- possibly with a changed bezel insert with flat 4-nobody knows.

There a few dial details that have to be there to define a Mark 1 anniversary LV (Lunette Verte) or Kermit.

Never mess around with that flat four bezel: if you need a replacement, it will be a standard four
So, do not damage it, but wear it with joy! A nice collectors item.
