Some interesting reading by the pool this morning…

As a lover of diving history I found this second hand book ( impossible to get it new as it is a 2003 edition) telling the story of sponge diving in Greece and how technology in the second half of XIX century brought wealth but also a dramatic catastrophe costing hundred of lives with the introduction of helmet diving to replace the ancient naked diving technique to the islands.

My company on my wrist: a diving watch of course!

Have a nice weekend my dear friends!!
