One of my favorite summer watch: Rolex Explorer 2 Cream Rail Dial.

The sun gives all the nuances of this cream dial. 












These transitional references are to die for. Hard to believe that is almost 40 years old!

The red arm is a feature I think I would prefer compared to the orange of today…but perhaps that is just in pictures.

No, no, this is a 24 hours red hand. Really red.

Yes for sure, in your model it is red. I was trying to say that I wish Rolex did not change to orange in the later (newer) models, because I like the red very much.👌🏽

Aaah yes, but they wanted to mix the 16570 and the 1655 with the current Explorer II.

That's the issue I have with the current Explorer II. It is not a 1655 nor a 16570. It is both.
