I thought ''strontium'' was a joke and made up word at first. Let someone at a lab or whatever check the bezel out, just to be sure and safe.

Even in the sticks you should be able to find a geiger counter at a hospital or school

Haha wow, I obviously wasn't aware of that. Like others said, buy a geiger counter somewhere or travel to a lab somewhere in the city and get it checked out. Good luck!
