I’ve only seen this once in the wild. In 2013, in an upscale restaurant at Dubai mall. It’s left quite the impression on me.

I got mine at the same time also with the lengthy indices

but some years later my dial became yellow at one edge of the dial and Rolex replaced it for free with this one
