...sadly don't own a 16550 so this one gets plenty of wrist time. Got the polar in a trade thinking I would sell it off but its under the radar coolness ended up winning me over to the Crown
Extremely versatile watch
and lovely photograph. The black dial version is my go to for work. Certainly few Rolexes come close to the beauty of a cream 16550!
One of my favorite models of all times
And I actually prefer it to the 16550 that I used to own (with black dial) because the case is thinner and sits much better on my wrist.
