I will be there tomorrow.
Dropped my wife’s watch for service. Tomorrow will be exactly 3 weeks. Last service was 2017 and they are doing the full monty. The staff at Rolex treats everybody like a VIP. One of the best customer service experiences. Henri Stern treats you nicely but I don’t. Like their “appointment only” policy now. It takes weeks to get an appointment.
I miss the old Rolex Service Center across the street on 53rd and 5th. This location is temporary. They tore down the old building which was mostly just occupied by Rolex. I know the architect that designed the new building that is going up. She said they don’t ask about cost.

Went drop two watches and got free chocolate and water. Excellent service so far 😏 They have an entire floor for, the place is huge Curious question: Is there any other brand with infrastructure like this? My guess is not ...
Dallas
I just sent a GMT to Dallas and it was returned like new in less than one month. I think it was three weeks.
Downside to that -- you are paying for those fancy offices

…particularly impressive, but they have the whole floor with offices. I prefer the service from the Dallas office, though. In my experience of many years Dallas does better work, people are nicer, and turn around time faster.
Has anyone been to the Richemont service center?
I think it’s in Texas, and sounds like it could be gigantic. They told me they do every brand there except Lange. Patek NYC looks similarly nice, but much smaller than Rolex.
Patek's infrastructure is not that far off. The service centers for major markets is HUGE.
The Henri Stern Watch Agency in New York City is pretty darn big. Although not quite as big as the Rolex service center.
