Rolex

I will be there tomorrow.

 

Dropped my wife’s watch for service. Tomorrow will be exactly 3 weeks. Last service was 2017 and they are doing the full monty. The staff at Rolex treats everybody like a VIP. One of the best customer service experiences. Henri Stern treats you nicely but I don’t. Like their “appointment only” policy now. It takes weeks to get an appointment. 


I miss the old Rolex Service Center across the street on 53rd and 5th. This location is temporary. They tore down the old building which was mostly just occupied by Rolex. I know the architect that designed the new building that is going up. She said they don’t ask about cost.
