sometimes, The end of production watches like mine, have characteristics that distinguish them from previous models. All Rolex collectors are aware that on the Gmt 16710 end of series Z high and M, calibre 3185 has been replaced by calibre 3186. That the Daytona 116520 from mid-2013 and the Daytona 116528 from mid-2014 until 2016 the light of the dial changes from super luminova to chromalight. And finally a small batch of Deep Sea 116660 2018, and Submariner 16610LV 2010 random, have the thinnest dial graphics, in fact collectors have called them "Thin Dial". Conditions of the watches, completeness of the sets, constructive differences, make these e Latest Series rarities in rarity.

Good morning to all Rolex fans. If you want to find out wich sports reference latest series new old stock, and extreme full set are contained inside their original “ECU” blisters box, with rare stickers and barcode applied, read the information printed on...

This seems like a lame attempt at a for sales post....

And if it isn't, it's the least fun collection I have ever seen.

Hi

I’m the first owner and I keep the purchase receipt of all. Nothing is for sale… Best Regards

Maybe you're right. But you might be wrong.

 By: vitalsigns : April 12th, 2023-13:16
And if you're wrong, should you be shitting on his collection here in our polite and open forum?

I wasn't "shi**ing" on his collection. But watches that you can't/don't wear ARE boring.

 By: BigFatPauli : April 12th, 2023-14:24
If you aren't wearing it a watch, you aren't using it. And don't we "collect" these things to enjoy them?

Wow! I could not resist wearing them.

Do you have spares of these models that you do wear? If not, what do you choose to wear and what to store away?

No way

I have other used Rolexes...

Hi

In my point of view, all this represents a piece of true and incontestable Rolex history... Thanks

I fully agree, but:

How many things have you learned in your life, you are a lucky man…

Unbelievably beautiful original factory sealed Rolex boxes...

...need to be put inside lubricated latex cover to avoid fingerprints on them and to stay untouched by air dust or micro-particles. Otherwise all the efforts to protect a piece of true and incontestable Rolex history are not efficient and lead to disappro...

I agree

Never removed to the box… Hihihi

Not sure the point of owning these in their coffins

 By: TeutonicCarFan : April 12th, 2023-14:35
But I also don't care why people do what they do, very good dedication to the crown here.

Many thanks

At least you have remained consistent in your approach. Your post 6 years ago.

Of course

This is neither an observation about the collector nor the collection.

This is cool

 By: Cozmopak : April 12th, 2023-15:50
But by not wearing them you are allowing the oil to dry out and could damage the movement. I hope you are at least rotating them and allowing them to tick away in their coffins

Never Touched

 By: alexxelor : April 12th, 2023-16:00
As long as they remain stationary, nothing will be ruined

Could be different for the newer synthetic oils used now

 By: Cozmopak : April 12th, 2023-16:10
But in the past, true NOS watches that were never touched looked pristine on the outside, but usually had significant movement damage due to stasis.

Someday, after we’re all long gone, the eventual wearer(s) of these watches will be very grateful for your forbearance on their behalf.

Or you could throw caution to the wind and enjoy them on your own wrist. Either way, nice collection!

Thanks

As long as your tower brings you joy, that's what matters. I have a number of (non-Rolex) watches that I have never worn and will never wear. That's because they are the exact same models as other watches that I do wear. I got the first examples because I...
