Dont change the dial, hands and bezel insert, this is one of the oldest 14060 with tritium. I think the best is to talk with your Rolex dealer.

Tell him, you make a service and also you like to change the dial and hands, but only if he gives back the original dial and hands. He must confirm it in writing on the order!
In Europe it is not a problem, i dont know in USA.

Should I change the dial or try to Relume ?

1990 10460 Im frustrated that I cant wear in the Dark. I need advice. Get a service dial from Rolex or find some one to relume ? Or just accept it as part of the charm and wear a different watch in the dark. ...
.. I too would leave the dial as it is..

even though the lume is no longer as bright as you wanted it. As you said it - it is part of the charm of this near 28+ years watch. /W72

don't touch the dial . Another watch for dark...all other options would actually destroy watch IMO. Cheers D

My suggestion is to go to bed with a torch. So you don't have to destroy the dial.
