You see the first 3 dots on the left? These are fixed and you choose one of the 3 so the bracelet fits the best. Just like you have 3 adjustments in a Rolex clasp Those 6 dots on the right ... that’s when the 2 springs are activated.... it’s like a stretc...  

(I have a Pelalgos) I wondered what the slot(s) on the clasp side do. Sadly the 3 positions are not designed quite to have the flexibility of fit my Rolexes have. The Pelagos is crying out for a half link. R
