Still no patina. There was a very faint yellow coating on the inner lugs after swimming in the saltwater pool, but it cleared up with a soak in warm saltwater with an aluminium foil in contact with the watch. I can safely conclude this silver alloy has so...

At this moment i am not satisfied. Roger is at another part of the company. My other colleagues which i like also gossip about Roger. In my eyes it is not fair. They say, the boss hold a hand above Roger his head. (protection). They want a guy that i hate... 

It seems there is a some toxic culture blooming there. Think about this Weems. Your health is more important. Chances are you will easily find another company where your hard work and values are appreciated.

Time will tell how this piece will withstand the dings and scratches. I really like it. Proportions are spot on. I think I will swap to another piece tmr.
