I heard chlorine is bad for the gaskets

But still I wear the tudor swimming. I used to wear my kermit swimming too.
Don’t fear scratching this Tudor - the brushed surfaces are easily fixed by a green scotchbrite pad, under running water, scrubbing in 1 direction.
But now the kermit is not more, I regret trading it off. It was the perfect dive watch if not for the lack of a extendable bracelet. The newer ceramic versions are not perfect in my eyes, because the tech behind the bezel ceramic-steel bonding is not sound (ever put a pair of shoes in the washing machine? Likely the sole will drop off because the glue dissolves)
I guess my next dive watch would be the Panerai submersible with the steel bezel, but likely, I would also find a design flaw in it after using it for it’s real purpose.
