After only looking (or is it "looking only") for 5 years.....THIS came home on my wrist, finally.

I vascilated on this one for years. Yes, no, maybe, think about it, go take another look, etc. etc.

And coupled with the Jubilee Bracelet, only made we want it more.
So I gave into temptation, and I am so happy with this one. GMT and annual calendar. Yes! Yes!
I owned several Daytonas in the past, but I have found the Skydweller is more legible according to my old eyes.
And I love big watches too. Rolex with a little sport and dress, can't beat that.

Embodies a lot of practical engineering characteristics. The best Rolex for a watch connoisseur. Wear it in good health!!

It certainly is an engineering marvel beyong my understanding.

But I understand a beautiful piece when it's so appealing asthetically.

Congrats!

Yes indeed. The honeymoon tingle will last a while for sure with this one.

Maybe I'll still be wearing it up until the PP event in TYO.

Congratulation on a great watch.

Loved in from first sight, the most complicated modern Rolex (with YM2) and a beautiful to look at. It's a great feel wearing an annual cal knowing you can rake it anywhere,

That's right. I can't wait to see the annual cal go to work.

It changed on time from Jan 31 to Feb 1. Now the challenge is getting it set right by me, from Feb 28 to March 1. Ha.

Congratulations!

With blue dial also. Rolex complication. Whatโ€™s better than that? Enjoy your new watch. M.

Yes, it really is an interesting complication, done in a very unique way.

When I set eyes on this the first time, I thought it was just a GMT. Ha. Was I proven wrong. Is the annual cal the icing on the cake, or is it the GMT??

Wonderful looking SD. I know what you mean.

When I first spotted the Jubiliee online, I immediately preferred it. But then when I saw a Jubilee and an Oyster side by side in person, I started to have 2nd thoughts. In the end, since I am not shy when it comes to bling, I went with the Jubilee.

Congratulations
