Go to Nakano station with Chuo Express line from Shinjuku station (just 1 stop) and exit thru North exit, you will see Sun Mall and go inside it will lead you to Nakano Broadway. You will know yourself when you arrive there. Enjoy!

I will take a look at how to get there; the priority is to go to the Grand Seiko boutique at Ginza.
I second this recommendation. Also, note there are some watch stores on the ground level but you need to go upstairs for the real action.
There are also a number of stores selling vinyl toys, bearbricks etc if you or your kids are interested. Might be a nice distraction for them while you look at watches.
