They took away the chocolates because of me. They would say "a technician will be with you shortly to go over your watch with you", and I would say "no, please take your time" and then I would eat one Lindt square after another.
Took the Sky-Dweller to the mothership( Rolex headquarter in New York), for a proper bracelet adjustment, and a little regulation, since it is running a bit fast for my requirements( 3s/day). 😜
The Rolex stuff is unbelievable, professional, kind, and very helpful. Nothing but exceptional service! One complaint dough, they took away the famous Rolex chocolates!🤣🤣🤣 Patiently waiting for the result... ...

On a serious note, isn't 3 sec/day fast considered acceptable in tolerances?
It absolutely is, it’s more like 2,5s/day, but all my others run at 1s, so this is unacceptable🤣
But now the problem is fixed, regulated to 0.5s, as for the chocolates, I made a complaint!😉
