The meteorite dial

goes much better with the DD I think as generally pairing meteorite with a dressy watch is more fortunate than with a sports watch in my opinion. Great dial nonetheless. The AK is, uh, particular.

I never seen it in the flesh, but based on all photos so far I would prefer it with a darker version of this dial. and what about with a bleu GMT hand ?

but the WG meteorite dial GMT Master II is stunningly beautiful - the colours of the case, the bezel and dial complement each other perfectly. I tried it on at a Rolex event last year and even though it is very heavy, it’s very wearable. Dare I say it, it...
