That's an unfortunate discovery.
Is the spot under the crystal on the chapter ring? Better found sooner rather than later but sorry it happened at all. Good luck with that beautiful example of a 5513!

Also happy to read that you have a trusted watchmaker who can help you. Rolex service centers can sometimes be a scary place for a vintage model as nice as this one.
