Can’t believe I was ever on the fence about this one...

I got this 36mm blue dial OP, and I felt it was a risk as I hadn’t actually tried it, and I was a little unsure if I’d really like it. Fast forward a month, and it almost hasn’t left my wrist since. Think I’ve found my perfect daily wearer. ...

Perfect size for me. 36mm is classic. [nt]

Part of the reason I went for this over the Explorer is that I just don’t think 39mm works. The proportions of this are just right.

Spot on, wish the Explorer was still 36

This is precisely the reason why I let go of my 39mm Explorer 214270 and got a 36mm Datejust 126200 instead.

I went from a 39mm OP to a 36mm OP because the 39mm for the same reason.

The 39 isn't oversized but it wears large for this style of watch. I wear mine most days (boring to many I'm sure) and appreciate the more discrete styling of the 36mm. The larger case size is fine but I didn't like the bezel to dial ratio. Too much empty...

Very nice. If I were to buy another Rolex it may

. . . and never a second thought before purchase. Telephone call to London AD - "in stock" - bought next morning nearly two and a half years ago. Also tried it on a strap, shown again here but now back on its very comfortable bracelet. Rugged attractive q...

I got a Raymond Weil ‘Tango’ for my 18th! I still have it, although I don’t wear it. We have 4 month old twins and I think this OP will be passed to my son when he is old enough, as I already know it’s a keeper. Partly because it’s a great watch, but main...
