Thanks Fx for the comprehensive review. I wonder will the silver go that brownish hew that occurs to silver over time and requires polishing to remove it. Maybe that alloy

Combination eliminates that issue. Nice looking watch though. I like what appears in the photos to be a dull / matt look of the bezel, dial and case. Cheers S

Hands on review of the Tudor Black Bay Fifty-Eight 925

 By: foversta : April 19th, 2021-13:10
The Black Bay Fifty-Eight quickly became one of Tudor's flagship models. Its contained size, the neo-retro vibe, the Submariner Big Crown 7924 inspiration, all contributed to the watch's undeniable charm and immediate success with both watch enthusiasts a...

Thank you!

I have yet to see this version, although I have the blue version. I especially agree regarding the transparent case back. Just not enough visual interest there despite the functional virtues of the movement. Beautiful colors though, can’t wait to see one ...

I would rather go for the yellow gold version, which is simply thrilling in my opinion.

Great review!

I love the bb58 in all iterations. However, it would be a huge step up if they offered a rubber strap as an option... it is a diving watch after all and during warmer time of the year rubber is perfect on this reference in my opinion...

Really nice review! Thanks!

Thanks for the effort! I've heard of stabalised bronze cases and I wonder if thats the case with this silver alloy. I'm considering getting this piece as its such a nice looking watch due to all the matching tones within the case and dial, I just wonder w...

I had asked the same question in another thread

87 grams was the answer, vs 74 grams for the steel bb58 on strap

Thank you for this review!

I agree on the transparent case back. Not necessary and you get more silver without. Plus it would have been an opportunity for Tudor to have the back engraved in some way. Still, this is such a good watch and intrigued to see how the metal performs in th...
