Sky-Dweller was a walk-in and walk-out
back in September 2017, and the Daytona was ordered in advance
Congrats on the watches and your "luck"!
I don't believe going to Geneva is that simple solution for all of us who desire one of these pieces. Also in 2017 the scenario wasn't as extreme as today. Sorry for my negativity, but I'm quite frustrated with this issue.

is there a specific AD at Geneva or anyone will do. Thanks.
