Oh how I wish I'd purchased a condo in LIC 9 years ago when I had the chance!
...but it felt too quiet for me, and I decided to keep renting in Williamsburg instead. Not one of my wisest financial decisions!
I live in Colorado now, but looking to move back next year, and LIC is on the list. I love it there, and the 7 train is ridiculously convenient for the city.
Big fan of the Explorer. A friend loaned me his for a couple of months a few years ago, and it was hard to give it back. I haven't checked secondary market prices yet, have they gone as insane as everything else? I always thought of the Explorer II as a relative bargain in the Rolex world, and a nice change to the omnipresent Sub.
