I was pleased to receive the call but...

I understand your dilemma.
Clasp comfort is affected a lot by shape of the wrist as well, which varies person to person. As well as where the bones in your wrist jut out, and let’s not forget arm hair. If you can wear it a tad looser, that might help. I’d hate to tell you to go get...
I totally believe it must be an issue if you’ve now worn the watch for a week, though the difference seems so small that you can you give it another week or so?
After that, you can always regretfully flip the watch for 2x retail..😂😉

Or by the way, we just received this and it’s your lucky day! Your AD said Jokes aside but if your wrist can carry that heavyweight Platona, I’m not sure what else your wrist cannot handle...we’re not looking at clasp most of the time.
changes are always hard to swallow from conservative collectors, but I switched from 40 to 41
and 41mm feels more like a bracelet on the underside, which is cool to me, the top side is INFINITELY better than the maxi case 40mm: absolute PERFECT PROPORTIONS. cleaner dial and lugs. total WIN
