I can answer on point 2 and 3. There are high chances your strap is not water resistant. And as for the moon phase accuracy, that means that...

It means that, in 122 years, if your watch is continuously running, the moon will be too fast or too slow by one day... Which is theoretical, since nobody lets his watch continuously run for such a long time. Hence the limited interest of such an accuracy... 

Very poetic, but I think 'moonphase' is misnaming this watch

To me the disc is useful to roughly determine the age of moon in a moon month, since there is no visual display of the moon's phases.

The Cellini is a nice watch
