BE CAREFUL OF CHRISTIES
Jun 20, 2011,05:12 AM
hands should be opposite color (silver dial, black hands, black dial silver hands) they are probably replaced hands and not original, SO what else is tinkered with.... I have had LOTS of trouble with Christies and almost sued them.... BE CAREFUL, the Girl that helps with watches for auctions DOES NOT KNOW WHAT she is doing. once people know this they send her watches with issues and shes so lacking knowledge she list them the way the seller states. so be careful ON ALL WATCHES

incorrect hands, that's what I thought!
By: rlh3458 : June 17th, 2011-07:53
That's what I thought. I found it very curious since functionally, it would be very hard to see a white hand on top of white subdial. Similarly, it would be hard to read a black seconds hand atop a largely black, albeit environmentally faded, black dial. ...
