i picked up the black bay corn black dial a few days ago in athens, just popping into AD.my main reason for buying it was to have an 'innocent' looking piece to walk
around in cities like london, paris etc. without screaming rolex, PP or AP... but after wearing it for a few days i start to really appreciate the watch!

And from a practical perspective I am glad it has a date. I know it’s not a universally popular view but I prefer watches with a date and would avoid a Daytona because of its lack of a date. All the best Jon
Yes it is nice to have the date feature.
