when the AD actually has changed the watch. I find it ... brutal ... that he charged you the new price for the old model. This doesn’t inspire confidence. All the best Thomas

Honestly, I believe they didn't do it on purpose. And I do expect that it will be sorted out, we have a long and close relationship.

What's the price difference between the old and new model? If you paid for the new one, you should get the new one. Kinda sad how they play it off (if that was their intention).They should know better.

I don't believe it was intentionally, this is a 100% reliable AD. The difference in price is around 1K.

But I'm not looking for an investment here. For everyday use and comfort, the new buckle and the longer power reserve are nice features to have. And I paid for them!

But I’m curious why your AD did not disclose that they are selling you a previous model? Hope you’ll have a happy ending.
