Here is a picture of the type of movement that I think is in that watch.

 

You can compare it with the watch you're looking at. It looks similar, I think.
The movement picture I post here is the RD56 which has a base movement of the Lemania CH2310. Patek also used this base movement in some of their own  chronographs.
As far as price, the watch pictured (introduction circa 2002) had an original retail of $37K, however once RD started having problems with their distribution channels, the prices plummeted and could be found for half the original retail price. My advice is to check the normal retail and web sources to try and determine what watches in this category have sold for (not what people are asking) recently. Then, as I said earlier, a watch, or anything else,  is worth whatever someone else is willing to pay for it.
