Has to be a one-off custom request - there have been other high end pieces made in different materials which have surfaced elusively in pictures (038 in brushed titanium, 052 in NTPT etc).
The white one appears to be an Rm038-01 in white TZP ceramic, looks too small to be an RM11 white ghost.
Would be neat to see what the pink sapphire reference was, likely the 056-01 calibre as I would expect based on the bridges.

What was the occasion as all three wrists in the picture were sporting RMs!
This was taken during a Friday's Prayers.
The gentlemen in white is non other than His Mejesty, the Sultan of Brunei, next to him HRH the Crown Prince in black n HRH Prince in yellow.
This is a beautiful example how you can....
