Love it!

A very cool design and dial layout, the movement looks good, and I like the fact that this is in the thin case. Well done RM!

A lot of competition in 215k range- what a world !!

Finally - a non-modular movement!

Looks very thin and wearable. Overall I like it although labeling the seconds / minutes / hours is a bit too much ...

Unbalanced? Maybe that's just me.

I like RM watches and for me this looks best in the RG but I think that it would look better without the 3, 8 and 11 numerals. That's me and my OCD finding them jarring.

V is for Vaucher..

I however have no idea what the D stands for and I canโ€™t remember any of my RM has the D marking. Anyone knows?

In house design bit still vaucher produced?

I thought they just did the movement design in house with Vaucher still producing the movements.

No In-house chronograph movement [nt]

Nice details

Looks amazing, Iโ€™ve just checked my RM10 and pictures of the newer models and they all seem to have these two markings. Iโ€™m intrigued as to there meaning now.

Ah, thank you. I found an article on the close relationship between Valgine and RM right from the beginning.

RM made 5,000 watches in 2019, I had no idea they were this large. That's likely what ALS sells. www.fhs.swiss

I wonder if Giulio Papi contributed to this movement?

RM is partly owned by AP, as is APRP, so he would still be a bit "in-house".

Nice

Looks nice. I think itโ€™s under 12mm thick. I think the date box throws it off a bit otherwise very cool.

I looks amazing!

Surprising dial layout, very high tech, as any 2020 new release should be! let's see what Urwerk comes with on the 15th. R

Wow

The titanium version really works for me. The gold hands and accents on the pushers and crown really make this pop. Really like the subtle colouring on the dial too and the โ€˜treadโ€™ on the rubber surrounding the crown. Now how long is the wait list ๐Ÿค” ...

I like it a lot, and the thinner case is definitely a plus for me

Totally out of my reach though ๐Ÿ˜… By the way, are the 30M water resistance RMs swimmable? They are supposed to be true sport watches, so I'm surprised that most of them are only rated 30M.

Just stumbled on this video

RM72

30m water resistance

 By: Blesk : September 7th, 2020-18:55
Other Chronos have 50m so not sure why the step down. But a great addition to the line up! Will be sold out quickly for sure.

30m is definitely NOT swimmable

 By: Blesk : September 8th, 2020-02:25
50m only just 100m a minimum in my opinion I think itโ€™s something to do with the tonneau case unable to withstand the pressure as well as a round case

I dig it, think it'll be a mile marker for RM.

An in-house chrono with a 24 hour counter is pretty freakin sweet. The tech is great. I think we'll see the dial layout get tuned up in subsequent versions. The 3-8-11 markers aren't great, IMHO. But, the layout leaves a lot of room for potential. I dig i...
