Are RM watches as accurate and relable as a Rolex? Also, I like the styling, but it now

seems a bit dated. A few years ago, the recessed sides looked unusual and edgy, but maybe not so much today. Can anyone give me some insight into what they find so appealing about the styling of these watches? Thanks.

well, there VERY VERY comfortable on the wrist

probably more than any other watch i've had on, and that is mainly from the styling your questioning

I guess that's from the concave curve of the bottom plate?

Makes sense. Does anybody else do that?

Vintage 1945, one of my grail watches.... Maybe the DaVinci IWC but I dont think so...

Extremely comfortable watch for the big sizes.

The curve case fits perfectly on the wrist, even for a smaller wrist. About reliability, from my experience of owning both watches, RM watch is probably not as reliable as Rolex. And since the production of RM watch is very limited, the mass production mo...

Hi Patekkie, You Can't kill a Rolex..... When it comes to reliability , I don't think you can get better than a Rolex. They will take anything that you can dish out. Believe me I have done some pretty rugged stuff with a Rolex over many many years. Kindes...

Have you seen one in the flesh?

To me, one of my most favorite features of Richard Mille is their exquisitely finished casework, which is consistent throughout their entire model lineup. One cannot fully appreciate and recognize their extraordinary work without trying one of any RM time...

This strap also for RM 005 ?

Hi Peter, nice strap on your RM 010. Do you know if a rubber strap is also available for the RM005? stere btw... for me an alternative watch with same comfort on wrist is a Glashuette Original Sport Evolution. It has also a concave backside and fits very ...

OK, the cases are beautiful. But Donze Baum makes them. The movements are lovely, but

Vaucher makes those. A third party makes the straps. I'm struggling to see what's uniquely RM here.

Don't struggle too hard...

and just stick with Pateks if thats what you like. It's all about choice. The fact that watch manufacturers outsource cases, movements, and straps is really not a big deal in the big scheme of things.

As well as still looking original, and perhaps now iconic, the RM

case is a thing of beauty. Not only as it sits on the wrist, but the design of the piece, and the engineering required to produce it. I think the design as innovative today as it was 10 years ago. The design by Richard was deliberate in the sense that it ...
