For me it is a crying shame what they have done with the Polo. Especially when you see how other brands have recently been able to successfully and tastefully modernize their "icons": VC Overseas,GP Laureato,Cartier Santos.

Unconventional choices makes and hold this community fruity. Not any bad words to famous and the best selling watches. I have a Seamaster 300 diver, thousands walk with it. But i have also an unconventional watch like you. The polo S, i spotted this watch...

The Polo S as such is not a bad watch. It is however just missing most of the original Polo design features.

Nicely finished and the blackened gold is quite interesting as well. Always a fan of these more unusual watches!
