Purchased in 2007,this is by now the oldest watch in my collection...and it is a keeper. Still a modern and fresh looking version that I like better than the current Polo S model line. The watch bears also a dear memory to my father and this alone is a re...  

I guess every collection needs a few pieces outside the general mainstream...

Whoever decided this has done a disservice to Piaget!

For me it is a crying shame what they have done with the Polo. Especially when you see how other brands have recently been able to successfully and tastefully modernize their "icons": VC Overseas,GP Laureato,Cartier Santos.

Unconventional choices makes and hold this community fruity. Not any bad words to famous and the best selling watches. I have a Seamaster 300 diver, thousands walk with it. But i have also an unconventional watch like you. The polo S, i spotted this watch... 

The Polo S as such is not a bad watch. It is however just missing most of the original Polo design features.

apealed to me. I like the readability, the hue of the dial, the blue rotor, the size. While there is a slight resemblance to a Nautilus with its brushed bezel with an inner softened TV shape, that's pretty much where the resemblance ends. One of the signa... 

...as it actually resembles that line of watches more than the Polo. Also, if they had kept the bezel the same as or similar to the one pictured below and kept that bezel non-satinated, they would have had something uniquely Piaget and nobody would have e...  

Nicely finished and the blackened gold is quite interesting as well. Always a fan of these more unusual watches!
