Piaget has done extraordinary things with thin movements since the 1950s. What they're achieving now with the Altiplano is amazing.
While I admire the sheer technical bravura, I like watches with heft. It's why I prefer steel or precious metals over titanium and/or carbon fibre. It's a personal preference that doesn't take anything away from the excellence pictured above.
