New variants of Piaget's Andy Warhol Watch
Since my last thread dedicated to the Renamed and redesigned Piaget Black Tie, Piaget has released new variants of its Andy Warhol Watch and I've been able to try one on for the first time during my last visit to Geneva.
So, here are some more pics.

PS: newer variants are powered by cal. 501P1 (4 Hz, 40h pr), whereas previous one were powered by cal. 534P (3 Hz, 42h pr).

This is the one I've been able to try on. And I must say that, even if the 45 x 43 x 8 mm case is a little too large for my wrist and even if the design a little too bold for my taste, it has a lot of charm nonetheless.

Is one of the rare cases, where I would definitely prefer the colored gold case 😊👍🏻 A great return to the past days of glamor 🙌🏻👏🏻👔
Exactly: there's something glamorous and over the top
but also very classic and minimalist at the same time. It's really quite fascinating on the wrist, even when you know you won't buy one or even want one for yourself. Cheers, Emmanuel
No they don't and it's better like this because the movement is unattractive.

That is good to know.
I have always been drawn to dials like this , they are so unique and full of warmth. Unfortunately, I don’t own a watch with this type of stone.

I think the Andy Warhol Watch isn’t that difficult to get. I could have bought right away the one I tried on in Geneva last February.

I would use exactly your words: "taking far too much real estate" but "cool nonetheless"! The mix of extravagance and restraint/simplicity (would "understated extravagance" or "restrained extravagance" be good expressions?) is really full of charm. But no...
I find these highly appealing....
