I’m actually born and raised in Queens, NYC. I moved to New Jersey after I got married because wifey (who is from Staten Island) couldn’t handle living in Queens. Too rough for her. lol. She wanted me to move to Staten Island which at the time stunk to high heaven from a giant landfill on the south shore of it. I refused, so the compromise was New Jersey. Frankly, I never liked it there very much but wifey was happy and as soon as my children went on their own way, we left that state to live the free lifestyle in a beautiful free state. By free I mean the state is not trying to run my life for me (nanny state). 😁

I lived in Monmouth County for 25 years after I got married because my wife was not crazy about Queens, NY where I was born and raised. She’s from Staten Island which I refused to live at as well. The compromise was NJ. 🤣
