Are you a pilot? Your captions are actually somewhat close to what actually happens on an airplane.

Yes it was handheld panning right to left. It just happened I was at a small hill and sitting eye level with the flight path. The dark green bushes in the background created a great color match. I did sacrifice a bit of bokeh in exchange for more DOF to e...
