And it's one of the few countries my Chinese girlfriend can travel to without a visa. Any recommendations on food, things to do, etc.?
Food? There are so many things to eat, such as Tajine, Couscous, Mechoui, Pastilla, Kefta... The mint tea is almost a religion, there, and it is exquisite. Just enjoy life, there.
In summer, avoid Marrakesh and prefer Essaouira, Tanger... It is much less hot!
