Like reading the time off a quartz compared to a mechanical watch. You get more pleasure from the mechanical one but the quartz will more often be more accurate.

Now,if they can just add a graduated ND filter feature on both cam and phone (nt)

I just checked if they had a graduated ND filter on my phone. Unfortunately not but almost every other function is available including super macro which I just noticed.

I was a pro...had MANY cameras. Just reviewed the IPhone 12. This is more camera than most need to take a great photo. Only drawbacks are limited lenses and resolution (if you are making large prints) but otherwise it’s amazing. Multi exposure sandwiching... 

Maybe a few pointers for us amateurs now and again. For social media & the like the newer phone cams do a great job as well as being convenient.

Yes, I am back from Nagano Prefecture and recently posted some photos (part 01)... I am heading back to Karuizawa at the end of next week for a couple of days in order to take some photos of the autumn colours... maybe using the Canon 5D II. Casey .
