fernando... I will try and update from my current location...

Having helped a friend move homes I have been invited to spend some time in Nagano Prefecture... open ended visit. I brought my x100t and the Leica MP (15, 28, 50mm) plus a bunch of expired Neopan 100... As soon as the house is settled I hope to get some local photos... it's a beautiful time of year here... plenty to see close to the house.

It's Golden Week in Japan so even with the lockdown in some major cities there remains a lot of movement... Shibuya Crossing density is up 200% from work days... sad is some ways.

The situation feels so normal. It could be strange for me if all be back normal again, and i went on living like Covid is still there. Bad times have also some special times. Brotherhood, friendship, together fighting a disease, helping each other to go f...

I love talking to the flat-earthers... Yesterday I spoke with the head of a hospital who believes that wearing a mask and getting vaccinated is the agenda of big government... it was a fun conversation to listen to each other's point of view... needless t...

It's always quite interesting to see the huge contrast between nature trails and crowd city life in such small area. I was once in HK in 1994 and when I traveled from HK to Macau I traveled from UK to Portugal (stamps in my passport are whitness)... long ...

Hi. lovely photos. I am a frequent visitor to HK but have not been for some time due to travel restrictions. Could you let me know where the "countryside" photos are taken? One of them looks a little like Lamma. Thanks. Nick

a little less than 25% of the total landmass is developed, 40% is dedicated to country parks and nature reserves. The rest is hilly and mountainous terrain. There are plenty of hiking trails and 'countryside' where one can escape from the city life. But i...
