With a 135mm lens.

I can't scare these turkeys off. They have been showing up in my yard most every day.
This guy, on the other hand, ran off as soon as I tried to get a little closer.
These flowers were shot, first at F3.4 and then at F11.
The ISO was at either 100 or 200 except for the animals (400). Again, any suggestions are welcome!

The rule of thumb for shutter speed is 1/FL or minimum of 1/135 with that lens... any kind of lens / camera stabilization helps, but in general faster for 'better' results... camera shake tends to be exaggerated with the tele lenses and can look like a fo...

Live view always-it's a vision problem (I can't see!) that the LV lets me override. And all the shots were hand-held.
