A 'stitched' view...

This panorama was originally done in 5 segments, but I reduced this view to three as the original was too long and narrow. The series was done using a monopod, which kept the camera at a uniform height and I used the lamp post and trees to level the indiv...

a side by side comparison ... I would like to reshoot the scene using an ND Grad filter to darken the sky. Casey ...

I actually prefer the color variant for this particular image. I also agree that the sky is too blown-out, upside is that there is little of it visible . Thanks for posting, cheers, Filip

among the more pop culture examples would have to be this instance from The Dark Knight, expounded on by director Christopher Nolan to the L.A. Times in this manner: 'The scene starts between Gary Oldman [as James Gordon] and Heath with the lights out, an...

Very smooth transition, except seeing the person three times gave it away as being stitched. Is that the idea? I should also give it a try sometimes. Thanks for sharing. fernando

 By: cshimokita : May 9th, 2019-00:20
Elements 6.0 -> file -> new -> Photomerge Panorama The "trick" was using the monopod to steady the x100t and keep all segment photos at the same (consistent) height. plus lots of overlap and minding the vertical alignment using the lamp post and trees. On...

Very Cool

That I took in October 2011 using a Galaxy Tablet with in-camera (in-tablet) stitching... no tripod. The same location. I also like this shot even though the results are quite different ; ) Casey ...
